Mrs. Myrtle Lucretia Williams, formerly Myrtle Stroude & Myrtle La Touche,

originally from Grenville Street, St. George’s Grenada, a former nursing assistant at the Richmond Hill Sanitorium and the home for the poor,

passed away on Monday the 30th of December, 2024,

at the age of 96.

Mrs. Myrtle Williams was the devoted mother of her two surviving sons, Whitaker La Touche and Reginald La Touche.

She is survived by her close siblings: Yvonne Beggs & George Simon, who both reside in the USA; & Ronald Clarke of Cherry Hill, St. George, Grenada.

Mrs. Myrtle Williams was also the loving grandmother of: Wayne & Donna Stroude; Kimani La Touche, Kitwana Abraham, Kesha Peters, Khan, Chanice & Kriss La Touche;
Aswad & Asim Smith, Asha Andrews, Kelisha Joseph, Tenkie & Nazim Brathwaite; Jodie Ijoma & Jordan La Touche.

She was the loving aunt of: Nyall Beggs; Victor Mc Leod; Joanne & Lisa Simon; Joey Clarke; Andy Nimrod; and the great-grandmother and Great- Great grandmother of many.

Other relative include: The Stroude family from the Carenage & La Borie; The La Touche family of Woburn & Calivigny; the Malcolm family of Lower Woburn, The Strachan family
of La Mode, the Abraham & Redhead families of River Road and Cherry Hill.

The funeral of the late Myrtle Lucretia Williams of Grenville Street, St. George’s
will take place at the La Qua Brothers Funeral Chapel, Cemetery Hill, St. George’s
on Thursday 30th, January, 2025 At 1:00 pm
and interment will be at Wilberforce Cemetery
